If the original line up can still cut the mustard then im all for it,however if just one of them is being carried then its a no-no for me.As for NS being the most recognizable rocker in the business today,im sorry but not on my little island he aint.
Ive seen Crue on every tour they have played in this country,theyve yet to really blow me away,sure theyve had attitude and danger but something has always been missing.Without doubt i will be there when they play here this year,i just dont like the fact that so many people compare them to KISS,apart from the big show they really are miles apart.Once again just my opinion.

Kiss in my opinion are entertainers and besides the music your going to see the show.
Motley is just a band, you either like them or not but there shows will never be on the same level as Kiss!
I feel the same about Maiden, Ozzy even Metallica they put on shows with so much more...

Seriously? Dominion '84, the Theatre Of Pain tour '86 (went to every show bar Cardiff & B/ham) and M/chester '07 are some of the best shows I have ever seen. I'm talking stage shows here, but especially Dominion & M/chester were also outstanding for the songs played also. No messing around just straight down your throat and rockin out...

I'm also pretty sure I made no comparison other than the stage shows.

But KISS seem to think they can go out on stage in the war paint and explode things and that's all it takes to make a good show. They have forgotten, IMO, that the it is the passion and fire from the people on the stage that really makes a show. I'd rather see KISS with no FX & make up and play like RnR monsters than have all the trappings and be half arsed.

Perfect example...the 1983 tour was one of the best KISS tours I have seen...and not a bomb insight other than at Wembley. It's ironic that when they took the make-up off they said all this stuff about how the make-up didn't write the songs and it was just 'for show'...and now they won't perform without it...

Manchester 07, whilst good was piss poor compared to Manchester 05 on the Carnival of Sins tour.
