I just realised that on the 'Asylum' cover the band members lips reflect the colours of the originals...Purple for Paul, Red for Gene, Blue for Bruce/Ace & Green for Eric/Peter.

Perhaps because in the big picture of life it's actually a really trivial thing that bears no signifcance on any aspect of your real life?

Actuallly, thats how I manage to stop myself as much crap as I used to. I look at it I go 'I want it'. I think how will having this item impact on my life and add to it? Then I watch others bid on it. It sells. And you know what? My life doesn't implode because I didn't buy another piece of KISS crap!!!

Having said that, there are still items that I see for sale, and knowing I can't afford them right now breaks me poor little KISS heart when they get sold to someone else!!! I've seen 2 of each of the Paul n Peter solo keycahins get sold recently. 2 of each!!!! That was hard to pass on...

But I had better uses for $250 in the last few weeks!!!...

When we complain about vet bills, my Father-In-Law always has the helpful comment of " It's only 50p for a shotgun cartridge." Miserable old bugger !!!
