Well, I walked in and out of town on Saturday morning. Had a quick bike ride (before it rained) on Sunday...shame I had KFC for tea and drank lots of beer & vodka on Friday & saturday night...

KFC will kill a good diet for a whole week....

We are having a heat wave here so i did some gardening and that was a good hour of excersize.....managed to avoid eating things i wasn't supposed too!
But its Monday!!!!
