Just got in from my first four hours solid on my feet. A bit achey but not that bad. Hopefully it's onwards and upwards from here on.

Good response from the first try. Now don't get all full of yourself and over due. Pace yourself......
I bet it will feel really good to be back into life again...

It's very nice to hear that my friends are on the way to recovery and are happy & healthy....


Now, just becareful when you next mow this...

Would have been nice that instead of taking pictures he could've offered to mow it !!!!

I have no hills to mow down so should be ok. I'll only do it if I have time inbetween washing cars, changing bed linen, hoovering up, washing dishes etc...

What I did in the last four hours.

Updated several sreadsheets.
Added dates to a database.
Went for a walk.
talked to my friends on forums/via email

My last four hours were.................11am Got up, showered, fed Squirt, Went into work, saw the nurse, had a walk around the market, sat in a field a watched Squirt chase Seagulls, opened windows and doors, sat in the garden with laptop and pint off pepsi max talking to Pete and Chrissy on FMF. And here we are.

me I was up at 5 got some tea turned on the lap top popped in here
Talked to Adam on his dinner break
got up and had some breakfast, made the bed, put on a load of laundry, fed the animals, swept the floor and picked up about 500 legos
popped in here
returned some emails, packed the lunches for the boys and started cooking their dinner for tonight as I work late
got them up, cartoons going and breakfast for them
shower, makeup and hair get ready for work
threaten them about 20 times to get ready for school
drop them off at school and then head into work early to meet with an electrician
