after a bike ride I have major pig outs.

what is wrong with me?

1 lg bowl of chilli topped with shredded cheddar chhese and oyster crackers.
2 pieces of toast with cinnamon & sugar
4 scoup banana split with hot fudge
1 golden delicious apple
1 large oatmeal cookie
1 tangerine

People who don't indicate!! Sometimes I wish the traffic cops here were as strict as the US cops are!!!

Really boils my piss people who don't give clear indication as to what they are about to do...especially when they decide to turn right at the last minute, even though I am travelling at the speed limit, keeping a safe distance I STILL have to slam my brakes on!!!

Winding myself up all weekend about seeing the physiotherapist, only to get a phone call, 5 minutes ago, to say my appointment's been cancelled because they've phoned in sick !!

Just thought I would let all you guys know that I have decided to leave the group/message board.

I am sad to say that a clique seems to have developed on here that never used to be. It was once a fun place to be, alas I feel that I need to move on with my life and just get out of dodge.
