What's been playing in your DVD recently ??

As we've been using our DVD player a lot in the past few weeks I thought I might set up a Thread to run parallel with the " CD " Thread.

We have just joined LOVEFILM.COM and the first movie we watched last night was " The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas ". A very close adaptation of the book and very moving. It's a gentle film that builds to a harrowing and ironic ending.

The postman has just dropped " Iron Maiden Flight 666 " Through the letter box, so I'll be having a peek at that tonight. Mrs H will be pleased !!

My son has been watching a few. Surf's up, Indy Jones and NHL All Access.

Watched "Taken" again last night, my wife missed it the first time round, she likes!

Let us know about that Maiden DVD Rog, that one's on my list.

Flight 666 is very good, we already knew that the guys had a great sense of humour but this film shows it to the max. I loved all the behind the scenes stuff and seeing all the fan reactions. Recommended ! It's a shame I had such a crappy time at Twickenham last year, hopefully we'll get to see them in a better venue very soon !

Also last night we watched a movie called Trans-Siberian which was quite a good thriller, it got Mrs H talking to the characters !!!!

Ok. It's the greatest film EVER made. The acting is superb as is the storyline and direction. Oh and the totty's ok too!
