Yes and I just had to keep turning it up a little....Got rid of my 80's fridge to be more energy efficiient and have a brand new one...I hate it!!!!!!!

Why is it when 'civilians' get into a scrap with each other it's assault but when the police assault civilians it's 'justifyable?'

To the none UK readers...there has been a spate of police on civilian violence in the last 3 - 4 months. All caught on camera or CCTV and all the civilains were not causing a problem. A man has died. A woman was slapped in the face and then assaulted with a baton. And a soldier who had just come back from Iraq was beaten up by 4 police 'officers' for what amounted to 'talking back' to them. His head was banged off the road several times, his face rubbed and scraped into the road, punched many times, and had an 'officer' kneel on his head.

So far none of the officers have faced any charges.

Yes, their are. A very good friend of mine is very disillusioned about this site at the moment too...

I missed that post...went back and have found it...

But that is just incredible anyone could think that an 'officer' has the right the backhand someone, let alone a woman, especially when he is obviously trying to remain unidentifiable by covering up his ID number on his lapels.

So my next Random Thought...though it ain't actually that random is...
