Which band do you wish you'd seen live...but never will?

Having just seen WWRY it struck me how good the Queen songs are when performed live. Yes they're great on the records but live they sound so much better even though it wasn't Freddie performing them.

It made me think how much I'd love to see Queen but never will (well not real Queen).

So which bands would you like to see but never will...

I saw Def Leppard with Steve Clark, and Ratt with Robbin (heartbreaking) Pantera and Quiet Riot which was probably one of the best shows I have ever seen.

I would have loved to see: Queen, Ozzy with Randy, Jimi H., and the Beatles because of the history!

Angel are one of THE lost bands. 'Angel', 'Helluva Band' (my fav!!! 'Pressure Point'... ), 'Sinful' & 'Live Without A Net' are truely class albums. Keep meaning to put them in the 'Forgotten Gems' thread...'White Hot' & 'On Earth...' have some great songs but aren't as good as the others IMO.

Angel certainly are available on CD...in the USA & Japan anyway. Never got UK release tho...

In fact I really should go to ebay and hunt some more of them out!!!

No I missed out.

I think it was Freshman year this guy who sat next to me in Biology said hey check this band out. He gave me the Album & Teeshirt. He had just seen em live. Then I was watching that movie "Foxes" with Jodie Foster and all the ladies were going to see them in concert. I think my first concert was Lynyrd Skynyrd, Peter Frampton, Yes & Gary Wright. What was yours Adam?? Don't tell me it was KISS?????????

I hunted down that movie just because it had ANGEL in it !!!! I eventually found a VHS copy in Toronto of all places !!!
