Any Concerts Coming Up?

Any of you guys got any gigs coming up?

Who is touring anyway?

Winter is a little slow for tours.

Upscope is going to see the best Led Zeppelin cover band in the business tonight here in Vegas. They are called Led Zepagain. As about as accurate as you will ever see.

Great White will be 2 minutes from Upscope's house on the Jan 31.

Well, the concert season I think is slowing down for me.

But recently, I've seen Dream Theater with Opeth and Between the Buried and Me, Buckethead, Yngwie, and most recently Metallica.

All of them were great shows, but I have to admit, I almost feel asleep when Nopeth was playing. I just can't get into those guys!

And whatever anyone thinks about Metallica, they put on an awesome show.

Overall, I'd have to say my favorites were definitely Dream Theater, Buckethead, and Yngwie. Killer shows, low cost of admission, and GREAT stage access!

Saw Edguy last week. Booked this year so far, Hammerfall, Metallica, Machine Head, Kamelot and Serenity all in March and AC/DC in June. And looking at going out to Canada for KISS, when confirmed.

I'm going to see Vain next Saturday up in SF.

Possibly Fleetwood Mac in May if my friend can hook me up like he did for Elton John!

Poison, while very entertaining, hasn't changed their set list in 20+ years. Def Leppard is just.... meh. My girlfriends are thinking of getting tix for either SF or Sacto, so I'm just waiting for the email to come asking "who's in". I've already decided that I'll be sitting this one out.

Fair enough for you guys but it's been 17 years since Poison last played the UK. I'd love to see this show over here.

Nope he had himself some new grass planted under there. You can tell, he rarely goes without his hat!

I never said Poison was boring, I just think they need to change up their set list to keep things fresh. Otherwise, I think they're a great live band. If Def Leppard wasn't on the bill, I'd seriously consider going.

Pete, in your case, going to see this tour is a must. I hope they make it to the UK.

After 17 years it will be like seeing a different band! I'm just a little burned out on Brett thats all.
Didn't mean to burst your bubble Pete! They played around here alot this last summer. Even saw Brett at a county fair.
