I'm fighting Christmas blues.....
I miss my husband and my son is having a rough time...I just have to remind myself that I have it so much better than some and stop whining but its hard..

Yes be careful with that...Do a nice liver cleanse..Youll feel so much better and get it working well and bonus youll loose inches and pounds.

Waiting Patiently for the doc's office to call. They can't give me more steroids so the nurse suggested a pain clinic. Oh lord

I have to go see my neurologist. He wants to give me a fusion. I am still taking this codeine and I'm high as a kite

He Said its going to get worst the next 10 years since I have degenerative disc disease

Next time the pain is that bad he said to go to ER for Morphine drip... Sleep

Im really sorry. I hope they can help you.
One of my closest Friends had 3 vertebra fused. He broke his neck in a boating accident. He has done really well considering the damage that was done..I hope the same goes for you
