nah...it's more movie stuff rather than music stuff. It's not a record fair, it's a general memorabilia fair. Though I did get the KISS painting in my hall from there.

Well after a talk with a dietician today i am feeling a little bit better about all this.

Seems I can eat whatever I want I just have to be aware of what I'm eating and if I decide to treat myself then to be even more aware of what I have eaten that day. Also not to treat myself soon afterwards either as the sugar may stay in my system and that's when kidney damage may happen. Seems the kidneys try and remove the glucose and the gluscose is bigger than the kidneys filtering cells and that causes the damage.

So my weekly takeaway is now fortnightly! But at least I can still have them...

After recent blood tests Stevie has just received a letter saying that her Glucose levels are high and they want to do more tests. She's more worried about the possibility of having to give up wine than anything else !!

Well it would appear that my circulation is in good shape after all!...

While my legs may have become red it would seem to be just 'one of those things'. I have good strong blood pressure in my feet and legs so they ain't gonna drop off anytime soon.

Which is really all I was worried about.

So, time to work further on my weight and see if I can get a handle on that. Oh the joy!!!
