It's funny, a manager I've never spoken to before came up to me this morning and said " I'm not surprised you're leaving, you seem far too intelligent for this place."  I find it very interesting that even when potential is noticed is someone, no-one does anything to either tell the person or try and keep the person and use what they have to offer! There are rumoured to be some jobs comin up where I am (Sorry was! Just started my 4 week break) and one of my team members was out with the big dept boss and told her that she MUST hire me!!! That was good to hear, thought it's a shame none of my immediate managers have ever said anything to me! | |
