Nice one. My being back at work is helping me too. My 34"jeans are too big but my 32" ones are still a bit snug.

Dieting really sucks!!!!

I got up this morning gave myself my little pep talk and set off to the kitchen...I have to make breakfast and pack lunches for the boys and that in itself is torture as they get to eat the best food in the world. But no problem I made it through that mine field and had a couple of eggs and a cup of tea for breakfast...
Whats wrong with that you say?

They were chocolate eggs!!!!

Oh well, The IceDogs fall at the final hurdle and lose the conference finals to Mississuaga. Still. it's been a great season and looking forward to next year. Very Happy

There's only one problem with Cider...........you have to be very careful not to grow an Apple Belly. Far easier to gain than a Beer belly. Sad

Well I shall continue with my diet/exercise/healthy eating then...Hopefully lose even more weight soon & start to tone up!

that is one of the benefits a diabetic..Since I can only have a sip or three of something I won't get accustomed to it and NOOOOO apple belly
