Yep pancakes again..Woke up and the craving is still there.....

Everyday its a bowl of cereal no changes......so of course all I want is ..pancakes!

Oh I don't want American pancakes...i made them for the kids and I could care less.. I want English ones!!!!!!

The thing with rhubarb is everytime I hear the word all I can think about is disgusting rubarb crumble and that TV programme when all the characters said for the whole show was 'Rhubarb!!'...now that was surreal!!!

since it seems most of us here are trying to shed a few pouinds I thought I would mention one of the latest trends here...

Greek yogurt...

Very thick and creamy , low in calories if you choose well and have a huge amount of protein to keep you full...

I like the flavored ones
so for me Strawberry fruit...120 cal fat free but 12g of protein!
