Just got back from gaining my "Reach" forklift licence to go with the counterbalance one of last week. A bit harder this one as the F***ing thing goes in the opposite direction you think it should go ! a bit like trying to drive a dodgy Tesco's trolley ! Laughing

Took a while to get used to. Oh well that's all done with now. Off to you know where tomorrow for a couple of days, to see how the renovation of the cottage is coming on. So you might be talking to yourself for a while Pete ! Laughing

Getting stressed to f*ck at work!

Took over a job from someone else and found a major cock up on a spread sheet. The upshot of which meant everything was actually 2 months behind, and not upto date as was thought, so I've had to sort out this dickwads mess.

So I've had to do my usual daily workload and try to catch up with a 2 month backlog...on my f*cking own as I'm now the only person in the office now trained to do the f*ckin job.

Can you tell I'm pissed off? And tired? And stressed?

Can't wait for Monday... Rolling Eyes

Oh & to top it all off I've booked holiday for Wed/Thurs & the following week I'm off into hospital and I'll be off work for a week so I'll have another week and a bits work to add onto the shit I've got to do already.

I heard from Scope and he should be back this week. Said he has been super busy and major computor problems....

I've decided 'sod it!'...I didn't make the prob at work (see above post!) so why should I break me back trying to sort it! Really put the hours in last week but at the end of the day...I ain't killin myself and wearin me self out when I didn't screw up!!!!!!

I've been giving our house a bit of a spruce up for our new tenent. Lick of paint,wallpapering that kind of thing. In fact the house looks so good now it's a shame we're leaving it !!!! Laughing

Yeh, Moving house is not my favourite pastime ! We did a car boot sale this morning,trying to get rid of all the crap we have collected. What a nightmare !! I can't believe some people actually tried to haggle on something we had marked up for 30p !!!! Made £60 though, so we're going to do another one on Friday ! Rolling Eyes

Talking of which, I paid off and closed a credit card account the other day. I was on the phone to them for 45 minutes in which time I was passed around to three people all of whom tried to persude me not to close my account, offering me all types of deals which I kept saying I didn't want, the last woman I spoke to sounded like she was almost in tears !! Mrs. H said she might have been worried about her job, I sympathise with that but not when she's pressurising me to take on debt. I finally convinced them that I really did want to close the account and five days later got a confirmation letter that it was closed. The very next day I received a sheet of Credit Card Cheques from them trying to get me to transfer other accounts to them !!!!!! Mad

They went straight on the fire !
I have just paid another off so I'm reading myself for another marathon phone call and test of my patience.
