VAN HALEN-----------------A Different Kind Of Truth....................(On 1st listen...5/10. On 2nd listen.......6/10. On 3rd listen......6/10. Can't go any higher than that. I'm obviously not hearing what Pete and Rev can. It's definitely a Van Halen album not a Van Hagar one. My standout tracks ? "The Trouble of Never". "She's The Woman" (I can strangely hear Paul Stanley singing that.) and, bizarrely, "Tattoo" the track everyone seems to hate. It's on as I write this but still not getting me excited.

Each to their own. Stay Frosty, As Is, Blood & Fire all bonafide classics in my book.

Back to 'A Different Kind of Truth'. Really digging this record. May have to just listen to this until 'Monster' is released!
