I loved Ft Myers Florida!!!!!! It was perfect weather!! So beautiful to look at the ocean everyday!!White sand beaches!! Stingrays, sand dollars, shells, jellyfish, Dolphins, sea urchins and anemones. Everyone I met down there was from where I live or close by. Even the taxi driver..lol

ewww I tried calamari and crab legs.... YUCK i dont kno

I thought the calamari rings were kinda sorta ok. It's the other ones..the little tiny squiggly octopus looking things were gross. King Crabs have a weird taste to me. I do like a nice piece of Tuna steak with wasabi and soy sauce or halibut with butter... :Marys Drool:

Now that is good food!

I took my best mate and his wife out for a wedding meal and, as she is Japanese, we went to a Japanese restaurant. She ordered all the genuine stuff the Japanese would eat and one dish was baby squid or octopus. Now I'm usually very picky about eating anything that is still whole(!) but I went for it!

And much to my surprise...loved it!

Though I won't be eating live baby octopus like they do in the Far East, especially after reading about the man who swallowed one wrong (apparently there is a technique to it) and the baby octopus decided it didn't want to be dinner and used those suckers and lodged itself in his throat!

And the man suffocated/choked to death!!!!... affraid
