typing
flossing my teeth
tying my shoes, the garbage bags, a knot in general
opening a jar, a can of cat food or anything for that matter.
getting the clothes out of the washer and drying and folding

and typing lol!!!

Yeah, have been for a few weeks now but get really tired and achey. Got a couple of funky walking sticks for when I need them.
