Last night I watched the new Ridley Scott movie "Body Of Lies" with Russell Crowe & Leonardo DiCaprio - I absolutely recommend it, brilliant spy / thriller!

I think that's the reason why it appeals to me so much, cause it doesn't feel like a Trek flick! Wink

Yeah I liked most of the other Trek movies, apart from Star Trek: The (slow) motion picture which is boring as f**k and so s-l-o-w....

Sorry Pete here's another film we are going to disagree on. Although, yes, I am a little biased towards Marvel adaptations ( Except Ghostrider, now that was SHITE ) I really enjoyed Wolverine. It wasn't the " crash, bang, wallop " of normal Superhero movies but tried, as the title suggests, to tell the origin and the nature of Logan and why he is the maverick he is. One thing did occur to me though, in the X-men movie when we had a glimpse of how he was injected with Adamantium, I'm sure there was a hint of Nazi uniforms in the lab not American military. I'll have to go and watch it again to make sure.

I did enjoy it!
Just confused by the fact that...

A. He was alive in 1845!
B. He had 'bone' claws before fitted with adamantium ones.
C. Jonathon and Martha Kent appeared to be in it?

Oh and you gotta admit the CGI on Patrick Stewart at the end was AWFUL! (Right?)

Still it was (marginally) better than X-Men 3.
