My recent customer service gripe is...

I got a letter from my bank telling me that they were cancelling my debit card for 'security issues' and giving me a new one but no other reason a s too why?

So I called the number on the letter to be told they don't have any further information and they also cannot contact the dept who did send the letter out to find out anu further info!

To say I was less than impressed with this is putting it mildly.

So, I became 'Mr Angry' and have raised a complaint as I still don't know why my card was cancelled, why I never received the new card they mentioned and why the number given on the letter cannot answer any of my questions when it clearly states to call the number if you want any further info!

Barclays, YOU SUCK.

Financial Instititions on a whole usually have a pretty poor reputation for customer service. The things I saw, heard when I worked in the Buidling Societies were 'interesting' to say the least...

GODAMN MF ARSEHOLE BASTARD EMPOYMENT AGENCIES.

Sent me for a job, 12weeks temp to perm, which is standard for any job.

Walked through the assesment, got to the interview and knew I'd rocked it...

...just for the interviewer to ask at the end why I wanted to leave a permanent job for 6mth fixed contract, with no guarantee of a job at the end.

My chin hit the floor.

I had this in the fucking bag. When I showed them my interview confirmation letter, which clearly stated temp to perm, they looked at each other and said "I think we need to have a word with the agency"
