| BBQ Chicken Pizza makes 2 pizzas
1 rotisserie chicken (got one from costco already cooked for 4 dollars) take the meat off of the bones 1 jar of favorite BBQ Sauce (I used sweet baby rays honey sauce) Bobolli pizza crust or your favorite crust will work Shredded Mozzarella cheese
saute the chicken in the sauce for 5 minutes or so, (just get the chicken moist with the sauce use about 1/4 of jar for this). Put the rest of the BBQ sauce on each crust and top with the sauteed chicken and then add the mozzarella cheese and bake at 450 for 8 to ten minutes | |

| My Mom Called these Drop out Cookies. The best part is you don't have to bake them. You cook them on the stove. Oatmeal & peanut butter. The sugar can be cut in half and you could also use extra dark cocoa. They could actually be kind of healthyish
Ingredients 2 cups sugar 4 tablespoons cocoa 1 stick butter 1/2 cup milk 1 cup peanut butter 1 tablespoon vanilla 3 cups oatmeal Waxed paper Directions In a heavy saucepan bring to a boil, the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Let boil for 1 minute then add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal. On a sheet of waxed paper, drop mixture by the teaspoonfuls, until cooled and hardened

| Super Bowl Sunday and two northeastern "powerhouse" teams decked-out in friggin' yellow. If you're looking for some excitement today, just keep on rollin' by the Tucker place. You'll probably find a T & A, Biker, Sports or Candy bar eventually. Turns out this is an exceedingly well timed day for a Monk marathon!
