I understand and know how you feel. I can't really say anything else, everybody deals with it in their own way. Me, when the time came, I just said Goodbye, Thank you for the payoff and got on with life. But you're not me and see life differently, but you must not let it get to you !! I know it probably doesn't seem like it from my postings but I have been fighting off depression for a couple of months and it's not fun. Please look to the future and the adventure you are going on, don't look back, this job has gone so forget about it, and prepare youself for your next one.

I'll be telling you to fight them on the beaches next !!!!

ta. I think the whole problem is being stuck in limbo, not knowing whats happening next. I know I'm going just don't know when. I have to prepare objectives for the year (which seems futile) and my 'passion' is all but gone. I ma ready to move on and start a new adventure. The world is indeed my oyster...I just want to begin the change now and not hang around anymore...and that is where the problem lies...

Maybe you are already doing this but start moving forward now.....

I don't know what position you are in job wise and if there are others available but start looking now...Maybe you'll find something and can then tell them see yah! But if not at least you are being proactive...

So many of us are dealing with a lot of things here...Depression is such a hard thing to live with....For me routine works the best...and Roger is absolutely right...Do not look back!!!! hell don't even look forward...Look around.....Live in the present......we are all here for each other thank god!

Thank God is right. If anyone ever needs to vent I am here for you. You all got me through some rough days. The support here is outstanding.

I stayed in a job I hated for a long time. I was so depressed but when you are depressed its hard to move on to something else. Especially if your self-esteem is diminished. I made the mistake of quitting without finding a new job. I don't recommend that at all. Like Chrissy said start looking around now if you can.?

I would actually believe him here. I think Mr Ashley had more to do with this transfer than anyone else...

For once I actually beleive the clubs version of events...it just makes more logic.

Everyday I go into work thinking 'will this be my last day here?' and despite the fact that I hate what I'm doing, right now it's paying the bills. But other than that it's hard to motivate myself. My job has no future, it's only a matter of time until they say 'that's it, time to go' and that is actually hard to deal with.

Like you said it's the 'not knowing' & the uncertainty. You can't plan anything cos you don't know if you'll have the money to pay for it! Your foundation is sand, nothing solid and that just isn't good.

I had a look at some job web sites recently and was shocked at what was on offer. There's just not alot out there. I sometimes think I should have gone travelling with the money I had instead of buying the flat. But then the flat does give me something to work for and it's mine, well 90% mine!!!

And depression sucks. It really is draining. It just sucks the life outta you.
