I was just reading about Tommy Thayer. Up until a few weeks ago I had zero knowledge of who he was. Seems he has been working with Kiss behind the scenes since around '85. He was a member of Black 'n' Blue. Here is the link : http://www.tommythayer.com/about/ .

Aww Chuck! We could've told you this ages ago. He's responsible for putting the Kissolgy's together. He taught Ace his own solos back in 1995/96 before taking his place on stage in 2002 (amongs many other things).
Thanks for posting though.
Never heard any Black n Blue. Are they any good?

I have a soft spot for these guys...They were at one of the first shows we snuck into...couldn't have been 15 years old.....Still remember taking the bus to Hollywood to see them...Had this song sung to me ..never forget it.!!!They released an album later that year.....
Have a listen Pete....

I would do it too if I had the chance, but he is going to be known as the Ace Clone, just like John Levin is known as the George Lynch clone.
