One of the best things when I worked for Orange was the staff canteen...really good food and very good prices. They had a really good selection also, 2 hot meals or just simple stuff like burgers and a great salad bar where you could get also get sandwichs.

And they also did brekkies in the morning too....

I just saved £124 on my car insurance by ignoring direct line's renewal quote & getting a new one on line!
I wonder how many people they rip off this way?

According to the bloke on t'other end of the phone it's because my policy is an old policy so they always renew against the initial selling price (rather then looking for the best price for their customer!). I did point out that as a DL customer for 22(!!) years I'd have thought my policy would come down every year (unless I have an accident) rather than go up....

I've done this for the last few years as they're happy to match the online quote (Sure you are, £173 of my money is better than none right...)...

Had to take the cat to the vet yesterday for a follow up visit after last weeks escapades. Got charged the grand total of....£0.00!!!!



N.B. had previously been charged £228.13 so not sure if the above is a bargain or not. I'm saying it is!

Monster - regular CD release; £15.99 (!!!), Monster International Tour CD (with RHRN); £8.99....Thank ye very much!

No wonder HMV nearly went bust!!!

Bought two pair of Levi's in Canada. Credit card bill came through yesterday works out as £36.72!!!!!

That's two pairs for less than half the price of a single pair in the UK!!!!

why is it so high? I still cannot believe the price of Levis there.
