I didn't know there was a difference.....
truthfully...Make sure you are drinking enough water....Healing takes a lot out of the body and now that you are starting to move your body is working hard and you need lots of water..Sometimes we think we are hungry when we are really just thirsty...Next time you think you are hungry and it might be boredom drink a big glass of water before you eat something..If you are thirsty then you're cleared and if you are still hungry you won't eat as much because of the water...

Every wonder how far a teaspoon of blood can spread..it can go far!!! I was sitting in my kitchen when my 4 year old comes running in screaming and covered in blood from somewhere on his face..Even his teeth we covered and of course for dramatic effect he was wearing white! He looked like a horror film!!
Immediately I wonder what his brother did to him except James was sitting with me....
Its amazing how many near death scenarios you can come up with in 30 seconds....
It was just a bloody nose but a damn good one!!
