Ratt 2011

Sad to hear the news of this once great band. Seems SP has done it again. After what I thought was a great album he has decided to move away and not do anything with Ratt for the rest of the year....

I loved the direction they were going but SP wants to be solo and no longer under the RATT label. I guess he is working with Carlos and will begin touring sometime in June or July...
I won't be going to that!

Yep, I can only say I'm surprised by this also, especially as the last album was so good!

What a fxxxwad this guy is! You'd think Pearcy was tremendously talented, and in big demand or something! Unfortunately, Cavazo and Pearcy seem to have good vibrations. I have no reason to see Pearcy again, and Carlos really ain't much with a guitar. Mice.

It always surprises me when someone leaves a band cos they think they can have a solo carear as big as the band they left. They seem to forget that they are a cog in a machine and without the other parts they are nothing! Well, maybe not 'nothing' but they sure don't work as well.

I detect the feint whiff of sarcasm there...

SEP was always a bone head. I feel bad for WDM as he is a great guitar player, but is cast to the side. It is kinda like Dokken, GL and Don can't work together and GL keeps on plugging away in little clubs with all the different bands he has going.

It' become pretty clear that SEP wants his share of the band stake back. It's also become pretty clear that the Ratt guys ain't gonna allow that to happen.

End result: Stephen takes his ball & runs home again. If Ratt want's Stephen their gonna have to come off the rights to the band name. In other words you can forget about that!! Even the Ratt guys aren't that stupid. We may have seen the end of Ratt. 'Shame Shame Shame' because that last album was brilliant.

Just when you couldn't think SEP could be any bigger of a douche....

Chrissy told me the other week that it was reported they were writing again with a view to a new record. If it's anything like INFESTATION then bring it on.

That was my record of the year. Loved it.

Lets hope they hold it together...

I really have to see them, hopefully they come close to me.

Anybody heard anything else about this re-re-re-re-union?
