Finally met the delightful Chrissy and she certainly lived up to all her good press. Had a nice lunch in an Italian restaurant, before Mrs H and Chrissy went off to terrorise Selfidges and RFFB and I did the far more sensible thing and went to the Forbidden Planet. Then met up again with the girls for a farewell drink. Those 5 hours flew by and can't wait 'til we can do it again, hopefully for a bit longer next time. Managed to avoid all those riots on Tottenham Court Road !!

As I said, shame it was such a short time. And I was sooooooo tired. Hadn't had any sleep since 17.30 the previous day. Managed to keep going 'til 19.30 but then the old eyes started to droop, but by then it was time to leave the good people alone for their last night in London. Stevie and Chrissy seemed to get on really well and have promised to keep in touch via the dreaded Facebook.

This was our problem, having been in London the weekend before I couldn't justify another trip for just a couple of hours..shame really. Oh and instead of facebook, how about using email?

Yes the meet up was great. Roger is just the nicest guy and Stevie is a love!!.Her and I hit it off right away. She is so easy to get a long with.
I was suprised by how tall Roger is!! and does not look his age..
Can't believe Roger made it with being up so many hours and went through the evening like a trooper. The Italian food they treated us too was very good and just visiting and eating seemed liked talking with old frineds not new ones...

Had a great time shopping with mrs H. and wow can she shop!! That store was amazing I will say..I even managed to buy myself some things...
Got treated to Starbucks and a few more shops on the way to find where the men had run off too..

Good fun sitting around and having a few drinks...
Yes there is a picture but I promised Roger I wouldn't share because he is shy..Really had a great time and looking forward to spending time with that nice couple again!!

I'll describe it for you. Stevie, Chrissy and I are sitting on a long seat in the Pheonix pub, which is just behind John Lewis. I'm in the middle with Stevie on my right and Chrissy on my left. There's a nice pint of cider (or was ) in front of me and Adam is behind the camera. It's quite dark in there, I think the barmaid had just brought out some candles to put on the tables, but I could be wrong. There you go, don't need to see it now !!
