No offence intended, you guys ( Pete especially ) have kept me relatively sane, but it's really nice to get out on my own and talk to people again, even if it is only in Morrisons.

Non taken. I can't imagine what you've gone through mentally during you layoff. it's nearly 4 months since you did it isn't it?

it is good for the mind to get out....You get house bound and it is not good for you..I had an elderly Grandmother who I used to pick up on my days off and she would sit in the car while I did all my errands..Just to have the windows down, fresh air and to see people....

BEER AND PIZZA !! I haven't had a pint or any Carbs for three weeks now, and I could murder a trip to Pizza Hut and the pub !!!
