All I would really ask for is the original 1977, 1980 & 1983 theatrical releases to be released on DVD as proper DVD's. That's all...

I actually had an arguement with a pillock at work that wouldn't accept that Star Wars was the first movie cos all he knew it as was Episode IV. He could not comprehend the concept of 'prequels' and just insisted that it was the 4th movie.

You're right tho...when DVD's first kinda came out and all the old films were re-released on this new format none really got any promotion. Have to say the 're-mastered' versions of the Star Wars films are pointless. The added footage is just shite and adds nothing to the films at all. A few added animals in the background and other stupid things. Shame really, but the original films were 'complete' anyway. Why add to what was pretty much perfection?

I'd bet that no one has ever seen Gene Simmons & George Lucas in the same room...
