Subject: How Did That Happen ??? Sat Apr 10, 2010 3:55 am

Finally signed up with the local Doctors Surgery and had a New Patients exam. I'm 10 kilos heavier than I was this time last year !! Shocked

All I've done is stop going to the gym and acuire a taste for Traditional Cider !! scratch

So this morning I've joined the local leisure centre and I've got an induction session booked for monday. I'm looking forward to rediscovering my waist and giving the old Mojo a zap of energy. Very Happy

Moral : Never take your eye of the scales as the dreaded Middle age spread will creep up and shrink your clothes !! affraid

I feel your pain!!!!!

I lost 1 1/2 stone a while back and over this bastard of a winter put it all back on! Comfort eating and lazing around not wanting to go out in the cold. Never really been one for excercising, it's just sooooo boring, but I'm on a see-saw right now and it's down to me which way it goes.

Tho the extra bulk does, apprently, come in handy for barging to the front at KISS gigs!!!! Maybe I should start my diet on May 15th!!!!!

Weight is so unfair...Why is something so easy to put on so hard to take off? it should be as easy for both....

I was born in the wrong era...If I was alive in the Renaisance i would have rocked it. Curvy women were the hot thing...Oh well off to my treadmill and to fight the 10lbs of spite I have put on...

According to Wii Fit I've lost 5lbs. Plus I've been out on 2hour (Plus) bike rides last week, I am losing weight but just not from my stomach! Crying or Very sad

How to lose weight in one easy lesson...
1) live on your own
2) catch a virus
3) make sure the virus is a tenacious little fucker
4) be so ill if you stand up you think you're gonna fall down
5) dont eat for 5 days...other than museli, toast & a portion of scrambled egg
6) watch the weight fall off as you slowly die!

Don't worry your pretty little head, Chrissy. I dont have any idea what museli is, where to find it, or what to do with it. I have done the same with beer, shaving cream, pretzels and grass ( out of the yard, UFN idiot) in that special part of the past I don't car to remember. drunks
