I met someone yesterday, who I haven't seen for a while, and they greeted me with the phrase " You've put on some weight since I last saw you ". That was the kick start I needed. The diet started Today !!

Did you tell them they were still ugly...You can loose weight, ugly is forever! its a little hard to move when you have basically a bridge in your leg!!! let alone trying to heal it..Don't let them get you..You'll be fine...
