Saw a TV prog on this last year and apparently, yes, it is finished. The 3 times I went there from 96 -01 it was chaos!!!

Been to Boston in '98 and 2000. Stayed with a friend.

She cursed it like I've never heard a woman curse before! Nice to know it's finished now then.

Lord yeah! Not only did it make driving round Boston a nightmare but even walking was a pain!! So many roads and things blocked off...

Still, great City and the people were amazingly friendly...
