Well, my new job has kinda put paid to my posts on here. By the time I get home I just want to sleep...Lord, I'm old!
But, on a good note I passed my 3mth probation and I am now a full member of staff!...
After 4 years of being agency and always feeling like the axe was going to fall at any moment (and it did once! Just lucky I got out before the second chop was about to come) to now have the security of having a real job is unreal.
While I took a huge (well huge for me...something like £3,500 a year) pay cut to get this job, it means nothing compared to knowing I have a wage coming in each month. I'm covering my bills and I have a little bit left for me. And I'm grateful it's not £57 a week on the dole as I was really fearing.
I'm hoping this is the start of good things in what is going to be a fantastic year for me.
Proper job, GA( ), KISS & a wedding to the amazing Chrissy. Anything else this year is just gonna be a bonus!!!
